Returns Policy
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return window on all unopened, unused products in their original sealed condition. If you would like to return a product, contact us at support@alph8.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. We are unable to accept returns on opened products for hygiene and quality assurance reasons. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will resolve it without question.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Log in to your account and manage your subscription from the customer portal, or contact us at info@alph8.com and we will handle it for you. The 4 Month Protocol is a fixed 2-delivery commitment. Cancellation is not available once the first delivery has been dispatched, as both deliveries are part of a single committed protocol.
