SHIPPING

Domestic Delivery (UK) All orders are shipped to UK addresses only for a flat rate of £2.00. There is no minimum order requirement.

Dispatch Times Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation on weekdays.

Weekend Orders: Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Estimated Delivery Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from the date of dispatch. We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or an equivalent tracked service) to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking link to monitor your delivery's progress.

International Shipping We currently specialise in UK deliveries only. However, international shipping is in development—please join our waitlist to be the first to know when we expand our reach.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Log in to your account and manage your subscription from the customer portal, or contact us at info@alph8.com and we will handle it for you. The 4 Month Protocol is a fixed 2-delivery commitment. Cancellation is not available once the first delivery has been dispatched, as both deliveries are part of a single committed protocol.
